Dry and dull skin, wrinkles on the skin, and fine lines around the eyes. Do you feel you have everything, even though your age hasn't stepped on the head of four?

This can arise due to several things, including not caring for the skin and consuming less vegetables and fruit. However, what if you have been diligent in doing it, but the skin still feels dry and dull?

Maybe you don't drink water. In addition to diligently caring for the skin and increasing the intake of vegetables and fruit, you also should not forget to consume enough water every day.

Why is Water?

As much as 75% of your body consists of water. Meanwhile, 30% of the skin itself consists of water. The water content in the skin contributes to creating a smooth, moist, supple and glowing skin.

If the skin lacks water, the skin will become dry, dull, tight, and easily irritated. The pores on the skin of the face will also appear clearer and bigger. In addition, even on dry skin, wrinkles and fine lines are easier to emerge.

In fact, according to most people who have acne problems, skin problems that have been experienced for years without improvement can improve after consuming sufficient amounts of water.

How many must be consumed?

Experts recommend that you consume at least 8 glasses of water per day. However, this number cannot be equated with everyone. Because the amount of water consumed depends on body weight, activity, and body temperature.

Roughly speaking, you should consume 40 cc of water multiplied by your body weight. If you weigh 50 kg, then you can just drink 2 liters of water a day or the equivalent of 8 glasses. But if you weigh 70 kg, then you should drink at least 2800 cc of water a day.

This amount should be added if you are having a fever, vomiting and diarrhea, or sweating a lot after moderate-to-heavy activity.

Want beautiful, healthy and youthful skin? Come on, drink water!
